Pricing the whole job, not just one trade

Nothing missed between the trades

When you're the main contractor, the whole tender lands on you. Every package, every trade, all of it to measure and price before the bid date, usually on top of the jobs you're already running.

Rush it and things slip between the trades. The builder's work around the M&E, the making good, the bits that aren't clearly anyone's package. Those are the lines that turn a winning bid into a job you lose money on.

We take the takeoff off your hands. Every element measured off your drawings to NRM2, priced on real UK rates, laid out as a full bill of quantities you can bid from and stand behind.

Common questions

FAQs for main contractors

The questions main contractors ask most before they send us a tender, answered plain.

Do you price the whole tender or single packages? +
Both. Send the full job for a whole-project takeoff, or a single package if that's all you need measured. We price what you send.
How long does it take? +
Standard turnaround is a few working days. If your bid date is tight, express is available for an extra fee. Either way it's tied to your deadline.
What does it cost? +
A fixed fee, agreed up front before you commit. No hourly billing, so you know the cost before we start.
What standard do you measure to? +
NRM2, the New Rules of Measurement. Every job is measured the same consistent way, so nothing slips between the trades.
Can I see an example before I send anything? +
Yes. See a sample estimate to see exactly how the breakdown is laid out and what you'd get back.
