What it is

Set the budget before you're committed on price

A cost plan is a full breakdown of what the job will cost, worked out from your drawings and priced to NRM2 on real UK rates. Unlike a one-off estimate, we keep it up to date as the drawings develop, so the budget stays right. It breaks the whole job down by element, structure, finishes, services and external works, so you can see where the money goes and where you've room to move before you commit to a price.

Works from what you have

Your drawings and any estimate you already have, whatever stage the design is at.

Priced element by element

Every building element priced to NRM2 on real UK rates.

Kept up to date

The numbers move with the drawings, so costs drifting get flagged before they eat your margin.

You can carry the same numbers from a construction estimate through to a full cost plan, a quantity takeoff and a bill of quantities, without losing consistency.

What's included

A clear cost plan you can build a bid on

Every cost plan is laid out clear and priced to NRM2, so you and anyone pricing with you work from the same numbers. Built for contractors and subcontractors who need the budget straight before the job starts.
